Delivery Policy

Polisi Penghantaran ini (termasuklah “Syarat”, “Terma Perkhidmatan” yang dinyatakan) mengawal penggunaan laman web kami yang terletak di RedCili.com (bersama atau secara individu “Perkhidmatan”) yang dikendalikan oleh RedCili Media. Perjanjian anda dengan kami juga merangkumi Terma dan Dasar Privasi kami (“Perjanjian”). Anda mengakui bahawa anda telah membaca dan memahami Perjanjian, dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengannya. Polisi Penghantaran ini merangkumi apa jua hal berkaitan dengan kaedah, cara, proses, tempoh dan tanggungjawab kami dan anda untuk memastikan Perkhidmatan ini berjalan lancar.

a. Pengaktifan Penghantaran

Penghantaran item yang dipesan menjadi aktif setelah pengesahan transaksi pesanan dilakukan oleh sistem terhadap pesanan anda. Ia boleh berlaku secara penghantaran atas talian bagi item berbentuk elektronik (tidak ketara) atau penghantaran secara fizikal bagi item berbentuk fizikal (ketara). Kedua kaedah ini mempunyai proses yang berbeza dan anda perlu memahami perbezaan diantaranya. Lihat Delivery Process.

b. Masa Pemprosesan Penghantaran

i. Secara umumnya, masa proses penghantaran bagi pesanan berbentuk elektronik akan dilakukan secara Automatik dan hampir serta merta (bergantung kepada ketetapan item yang dinyatakan). Manakala untuk pesanan berbentuk fizikal, ia akan diproses dalam masa 1 – 2 hari bekerja (pada situasi keadaan biasa). Proses ini adalah meliputi penghantaran (drop off) bungkusan anda kepada pihak perkhidmatan kurier. Proses penghantaran oleh kurier akan mengambil masa antara 3 – 10 hari bergantung kepada situasi semasa dan lokasi penghantaran.

ii. Pesanan tidak dihantar atau dihantar pada hujung minggu atau cuti. Jika Kami mengalami jumlah pesanan yang tinggi, penghantaran mungkin ditangguhkan selama beberapa hari. Sila berikan masa tambahan dalam transit untuk penghantaran. Jika terdapat kelewatan yang ketara dalam penghantaran Pesanan Anda, Kami akan menghubungi Anda melalui e-mel atau telefon.

c. Kadar Penghantaran

Caj penghantaran untuk Pesanan Anda akan dikira dan dipaparkan semasa pembayaran. ● Kaedah penghantaran: FedEx Standard Kos penghantaran: Percuma Anggaran masa penghantaran: 3-5 hari bekerja ● Kaedah penghantaran: FedEx Dua Hari Kos penghantaran: $12.95 USD Anggaran masa penghantaran: 2 hari bekerja ● Kaedah penghantaran: FedEx Standard Kos penghantaran: $19.95 USD Anggaran masa penghantaran: 1-2 hari bekerja Penghantaran semalaman hanya tersedia untuk Pesanan dengan alamat penghantaran di benua Amerika Syarikat. Kelewatan penghantaran kadangkala boleh berlaku. Penghantaran ke peti surat atau alamat APO/FPO [NAMA LAMAN WEB] menghantar ke alamat di A.S., Wilayah A.S. dan alamat APO/FPO/DPO. Pengesahan penghantaran & Penjejakan pesanan Anda akan menerima E-mel Pengesahan Penghantaran sebaik sahaja Pesanan Anda dihantar yang mengandungi nombor penjejakan anda. Nombor penjejakan akan aktif dalam masa 24 jam. Kastam, Duti dan Cukai [NAMA LAMAN WEB] tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kastam dan cukai yang dikenakan pada Pesanan Anda. Semua yuran yang dikenakan semasa atau selepas penghantaran adalah tanggungjawab pelanggan (tarif, cukai)

d. Keciciran Penghantaran

[NAMA_LAMAN WEB] tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang produk yang rosak atau hilang semasa penghantaran. Jika Anda menerima Pesanan Anda rosak, sila hubungi syarikat penghantaran untuk memfailkan tuntutan. Sila simpan semua bahan pembungkusan dan barangan yang rosak sebelum memfailkan tuntutan.

  • 2-3 : Worn - A worn book that has complete text pages but may be missing endpapers, half-titles, etc. More than 50% worn and browned paper.
  • 1 : Poor: Depicts a book that has been well worn. Any missing maps or plates still need attention. This copy may be dirty, scratched, stained or spotted and may have loose joints, hinges, pages, etc. Worn and browned paper throughout the book.
